MADISON/MIDDLETON-Tina M. Horner, age 40, passed away on Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, at her home in Janesville. She was born on July 3, 1976, the daughter of Mitch Horner and Kris Ives in Akron, Ohio. Tina graduated from Middleton High School in 1994. Tina is survived by her step-father, Patrick Ives of Monona; brother, Brad Preston of Richland Center; grandfather, Stu (Nina) Vogel of Ooltewah, Tenn; aunt, Kim (Bob) Frymyer of Uniontown, Ohio; and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandmother, Cynthia (nèe Robello) Powell. A private memorial service in Tina's honor will be held at a later date. A special thanks to Tina's friends, Katie, Anne, Cheri, and Jen for their guidance and care. Tina was loved deeply and will be greatly missed. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

Tina the time we spent together meant the world to me. We were good for each other I wish we could have made it work but it was just bad timing. In another life we would have grown old together.
