Oh my gosh the memories that I have of ms Doris Ball is like having another mother having another grandmother my girls and I always kept in touch throughout the years I consider myself a close friend of the family not only was Ms Bakk one of a kind beautiful Christian I've learned so much from her grace she will be truly missed in my heart I remember my first child teenage pregnancy and she brought Carolyn and I McDonald's when I came home from the hospital with a newborn at the age of 17 my children my grandchildren have all known her met her in the world is such a good place with her in it rest in peace your life was honest true loving I will miss you prayers to the family and extended families

It was with deep sadness that I saw Doris' obituary. I was just thinking about her the other day and the trips she took with McFarland Senior Outreach. She was such a sweet, pleasant, kind and spiritual person - a joy to be in her presence. I always looked forward to our visits together. I know she will leave a huge hole in your hearts and lives.
