Obituary
STOUGHTON-Marcia Sime, age 80, of Stoughton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017, at the Skaalen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on May 30, 1936, in Stoughton, the daughter of Lloyd and Martha (Skough) Onsrud . Marcia married John Sime on June 1, 1957. Together they operated a dairy farm and raised two sons. She is survived by her husband, John; sons, Steve (Denise) and Bruce (Kim); grandchildren, Bryce (Amber), Nick (Taylor) Braukhoff, Kelly (Chris) Pollack, Karl (Courtney), Wendy (Craig), Ronnie and Jessica (Alex) Klingenberg; two great-granddaughters, Avery and Heidi; and sister, Mary (Allen) Johnson. Marcia was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, LeRoy. A gathering luncheon will be held at the STOUGHTON VFW, 200 Veterans Rd., Stoughton, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017. A private burial will be held at Riverside Cemetery at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

It is with much sadness that we heard of Marcia's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you John and your family. I remember Marcia from Sunday School in our early years thru High School and beyond. Will miss her at our High School Reunions.
