So many memories from a time long ago. I truly believe that those who do what they love are the happiest. You took your high school passion and pursued and supported it so strongly through your entire life. Because of you, Norse park has a legacy. Rest in peace, in the arms of our Lord. Jen K.

Randy - you will be missed. Your passion for baseball was always there. You were a few years older but gave me advice and I appreciated your friendship during baseball. RIP my friend - Class of 83 Catcher - Ronnie Strand aka Ratman.

My sympathies to the Pernot family. I played a lot of ball against Randy back in the day. Many many memories from my Home talent days in Oregon. We all played when winning meant something and people fought like hell during the game and were friends after. He was a fierce competitor with a screaming fastball. Sorry to hear of his passing.

I remember when I owned Blue Moon and Randy and I would spend hours and hours trying to outdo each other in solitaire on the computer in the back room. We on occasion would have to "tone down" our language when we lost as a customer had wandered in, interrupting our battle of quick reflexes and eagle eyes. Randy use to "watch" the store on occasion also when I had to run a delivery or pick up Zach or Sam from school and he always got real nervous when a customer came in and would tell me in detail every word he said to them and use to be so proud if he had made a sale! He was a good friend and I will miss him.
