MADISON-Monica Evangeline Forgues, age 32, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at home with loved ones present. She was born on February 4, 1984, in Lewiston, Maine, the daughter of Nancy Ashton and Donald Paul. Monica graduated from Omega High School in 2003. She loved to do arts and crafts with her caregivers. Monica was pertinent in the passing of the Melinda Act. Monica is survived by her mother Nancy Ashton of Middleton; Donald Paul of Maine; brother Karl (Amanda) Thornton of McFarland; sister Lori (Marcus) Poulin of Richland Center; two nieces Victoria and Gwendelyn and a nephew Mathew. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her loyal companion Meadow. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton at 4:30 PM on Friday, October 28, 2016 with a visitation to follow from 5 PM until 7 PM. I'm sorry for the lost we had so much memories together ... I remembered we used to hang out together,watching movies together,I spent the night with you . I was in the accident with Monica.... I spend the week with her and her mom years later... We watched TV,listened to music,talked a lot......God Monica I am so sorry...I just found out today and I am hearbroken
