Obituary
OREGON - Myrtle A. Lundey, age 97, died on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was born in rural Cambridge to Ole and Ardella Netland on Oct. 5, 1924, the third of four children. Myrtle graduated from Cambridge High School in 1942. She married Edward Lundey, of Oregon, on July 7, 1951, in Cambridge.
She was a homemaker and was employed by the Oregon School District as a “lunch lady.”
Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, and sisters, Elinor, Ruth and Shirley. She is survived by her four children, Steven, Mark (Barbara Pratt), Dean and Cindy.
A private burial will be at a later date at Willerup Cemetery in Cambridge. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
