Obituary
OREGON-Phyllis Irene Hansen, age 95, of Oregon, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017, at Skaalen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on Aug. 9, 1922, in Detroit, Mich., the daughter of William and Dora (Mitschelen) Bailey. She married Roy Robert Hansen on Aug. 2, 1944, in Milwaukee. Phyllis is survived by her daughter, LeEllen; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roy; four brothers; and a sister. A memorial gathering will be held at HILLCREST BIBLE CHURCH, 752 E. Netherwood St., Oregon, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017. Interment will follow at Prairie Mound Cemetery.
