This beautiful friend inspired me with her energy, her kindness, her talents and her love and gusto for life. She and Bob made us laugh and appreciate what marriage is all about. I wish I could’ve played softball as long as she did with us! Trudi was amazing! God bless her and her family during this sad time. Rest in peace, Trudi! 💔

I'm sorry to hear about Trudy's death. She painted this watercolor which I won as a door prize at a Devil's Head Ski Patrol banquet many years ago. It has hung in our living room ever since. Bonnie Gruber

Our memories could fill a book. It starts with hauling milk to the factory at age 6. It continues through the one-room Steensrud school, especially our adventurous walks home. It goes on through Black Earth High and cheerleading, our weddings and families. What fun it was to get lost in a blizzard on the mountain in Colorado. And to explore Ghost towns in Arizona.
