I remember when she worked at the telephone company, going on break and there would be freshly baked banana bread all sliced and buttered for us. When I lived on Buckeye rd. Barb and her husband walked by our house daily. If you know Buckeye rd area it’s a steep hill and there was Barb and Harold out getting their exercise! She was the sweetest most kind lady I think I’ve ever known. RIP Barb

An eternal optimist. An uplifting spirit. A masterful baker of banana bread (banana yes for me!)...all the love to my Great Aunt Barb - Aaron

She would always bake pumpkin muffins or angel food cake and all I wanted to do was eat that instead of the actual food.

I remember when we were at Disney world and when she was the grand marshall in the parade and we were in the car waving at people her smile was as big as the sun.

Barbara gave so much to our family during her daily visits, for many years. Her smile, her wave and her sweet voice added so much happiness to our lives. When she learned our son didn’t have any grandparents she told him he could call her his grandma. Her longevity secret was daily broccoli every time someone asked. We loved when she would drop off individually wrapped muffins labeled with ingredients making sure you knew which contained nuts. We all were so blessed to have her for so long. We will miss her. Praying for all of you and the absence you must feel with her passing. She is dancing with her longtime love and of course Mickey Mouse. What a beautiful light and love! Jane Orosco
