LeRoy F Stofflet

MADISON - LeRoy Franklin Stofflet, age 89, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021, at Capitol Lakes Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born on April 26, 1932, in Beaver Dam, the son of Roy and Mary (Nyka) Stofflet. LeRoy was united in marriage to Doris Moffett on June 9, 1956. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. LeRoy is survived by his two daughters, Lisa (Rob Thomas) Hoffmann and Michelle (Bill) Kneebone; son-in-law, Dale Noble; two grandsons, Travis (Jenny) Noble and Dean Hoffmann; two granddaughters, Jessica Noble and Amber Hoffmann; six great-grandchildren, Kearra (Gavin) Pike, Jade (Kalani) Cheung, Seth (Teresa) Noble, Grant Brinkley, Theo Noble and Breana Barnett; three great-great-grandchildren, Hazelee Pike and Miya and Ahlayla Cheung and baby boy Pike due in January; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Doris; two daughters, Terry Noble and Donna Stofflet; three sons, Ricky Stofflet, Michael Stofflet and Gary Stofflet; and great- great-grandson, Braxton Pike. A Celebration of LeRoy’s life will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021. A graveside service will be held at ROSELAWN MEMORIAL PARK, 401 Femrite Drive, Monona, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021.
