Shirley Ann Schwenk

MADISON/VERONA-Shirley A. Schwenk, age 79, of Verona, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at Badger Prairie Health Care Center. She was born on March 31, 1939, in Madison, the daughter of Charles and Elda (Kujath) Schwenk. Shirley enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and word searches. She liked to do crafts, especially with beads. She loved cats. Shirley is survived her daughter, Jan (Dan) Haas; sons, Ed Hogue, Gary Hogue, Lloyd Hogue and John Hogue; brothers, Chuck (Louise) Schwenk and Richard (Marsha) Schwenk; four grandchildren, Michael Hogue, Jeffrey Hogue, Danielle Hoffmaster and Tiffany Dunn; six great-grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bobbie Schwenk; and granddaughter, Destiny Mullon. Private services will be held at a later date. Thank you, Amy Altman, for the long friendship and for sitting with mom for the last final days.
