Obituary
MADISON-Ronald Raymond Riebe, age 80, of Madison, passed away on Monday, Aug. 21, 2017, at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on July 13, 1937, in Watertown, the son of Raymond and Louise Riebe. Ron graduated from Lake Mills High School in 1955. He married Judith Ottow on March 12, 1962, in Fort Lewis, Wash., while stationed with the National Guard. Throughout his working career, Ron worked for Lake Mills Shoe Factory, Creamery Package Manufacturing Company in Lake Mills and Dairy Equipment Company in Madison as a draftsmen. Ron is survived by his wife, Judith; daughter, Stephanie (Wayne) Brown of Vine Grove, Ky.; and son, Neil of Stoughton. He was preceded in death by his parents. A private burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park. A special thank you to Agrace HospiceCare for all of their tender loving care.

I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the family in their time of grief. I only knew Ron for a short time but he was a kind and a gentle man. I'll be praying for his sweet wife Judy in this turbulent time in her life after losing her partner of fifty five years. Be strong Judy I'm praying for you!

Ron was my neighbor for the past 16 years. He was always smiling and in a good mood, even when my children were "way too noisy" in the back yard. He was a great neighbor and had a wonderful attitude. My condolences to his family. He will be missed but always remembered.
