I had the great fortune to meet Millie and visit with her at Oakwood. She was the most kind hearted and lovely woman. I fully enjoyed our talks together. I am sad our visits had to end, but I know Millie is where she wanted to be! She is no longer in pain and has went home to be with her Lord and the family members she missed so much. Rest in Peace Millie. I hope you get to eat all the Butterscotch and Banana Cream pie your heart desires! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

My condolences to Mildred's family. I got to know her through her brother, my uncle Pete (Bud to everyone else). I enjoyed my visits with her and wish I had known her longer than I did. My sisters, Bernice and Beverly, wanted me to pas along their sympathy as well. We learned about Millie over the years from Uncle Pete as he would talk of her often. I know she was a fine Christian woman who is home now.
