Obituary
LODI - Gary L. Pederson, age 72, of Lodi, Wisconsin, passed away with his wife and daughter by his side.
Gary was born on December 6, 1953, in Madison, Wisconsin. He was the son of Randolph and Donna (Loomis) Pederson.
A 1971 graduate of Sun Prairie High School, he kept in contact with a small group of classmates, Dan and Sandy Lothe, Lane and Sue Slotten, and Mike and Barb Fasbender.
Gary had a calm, happy approach to life.
After suffering a severe traumatic brain injury in 2010, while working for Elliott Painting. He faced incredible challenges with strength, courage and determination. He faced each day making the best with the hand he was dealt.
Gary never lost his appreciation for life’s simple joys. His love of music and soaking up the sun. His children and grandchildren meant the world to him. Gary touched the lives of everyone who knew him, with his sense of humor.
While our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing that his pain and struggles have ended and he is at peace.
Gary is survived by his devoted wife, Denise (Dover) Pederson; his children, Madeline (Jason) Dull, Kevin (Tallie) Pederson and Keaton Shaw; his cherished grandchildren, Carter Pederson, Ella and Emma Pederson, and Harper and Quintin Dull; and his extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Randy and Donna; his son, Chad; and all of the loved ones who welcomed him home.
His love strength and all the memories will remain in our hearts forever.
