Donna Beverly O'Kroley

MONONA- Donna S. O'Kroley, age 91, of Monona, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021, at Nazareth Health and Rehab. She was born on March 29, 1930, in Bloomington, the daughter of George and Eva (Clegg) Shields. Donna graduated from Highland High School in 1948. She worked as a claim’s specialist for the State of Wisconsin, retiring in 1995. Donna was very devoted to her faith and her family was her world. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, reading and shopping. Donna is survived by her five sons, Michael (Nancy) O'Kroley, Larry (Linda) O'Kroley, Tom O'Kroley, John (Kathy Jo) O'Kroley and Joe O'Kroley; daughter-in-law, Patty R. O'Kroley; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Karen (LeRoy) Rickli. She was preceded in death by her son, Lee O'Kroley; grandsons, Christopher and Matthew; granddaughter, Kimberly; parents, George and Eva; and sisters, Margaret (Clifford) Aide and Helen (Harvey) Trebian. A funeral service will be held at ST. ANTHONY-PHILLIPS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 726 Main St., Highland, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, and at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday.
