Growing up in Monona, I enjoyed playing with Sandra Nickeson from the neighborhood. Her Mother was always there, sharing a cool glass of water on a hot day. She was fully invested in her family and an excellent role model for other young parents. I am so sorry for the family's loss, but thankful that she was able to spend so much time with them. So very sorry to hear of Ginny's passing. I met Ginny through her brother Bob who was like family to me. Ginny and Linda were so very kind and caring for her Bob and others during his final days. I hope her daughters find peace in knowing how deeply I appreciated your mother's kindness. My deepest condolences.

I knew Ginny through her daughter, Sandy and her daughter, Linda was a dear friend of my sister, Karen. Such a sweet, special person she was. She will definitely be missed. Condolences to all the Nickeson family. Marcia (Smith) Sherman
