From Dan Cobb I remember the motorcycle ride Jim & I went on to New Glarus when Jim still had his motorcycle. We had lunch there & it was just a beautiful day for a ride. It was a year or two after that when Jim said he sold his Goldwing. He wanted to give me his riding jacket because he didn't need it any longer. I gladly accepted it. I still wear that jacked & now when I wear it, I will always think of Jim. A true friend & VFW Comrade.
