Hazel was a great lady that always was looking out for others. She was the secretary of the R&D department at Ohio Medical Products when I started there in 1968 but was more like a second mother to all of us. Regardless of the situation she always respected and had empathy for everyone involved. May she rest in peace. Bob Koch

I saw the obit in the WSJ today and although I did not know her by name I recognized her from programs I did as a volunteer at All Saints. I had no idea she was 100 years old. She was a beautiful lady with a great smile. She did attend my programs and often was busy happily working on a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle before and after the program. I extend my deepest sympathy to her family. I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet her. Donna Dusso
