MADISON - David W. Michaelis, aged 77, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in Madison.
A visitation will be held at NEW LIFE CHURCH, 7564 Cottage Grove Road, Madison, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2026. A memorial service will follow at the church at 11 a.m.
