If I am not incorrect, Mr. Lowe at some point was a speed skater and a good friend of my late father, Fred Milverstedt, who was a city and regional champion and the coach of the Madison Speed Skating Club and later for West Allis. Dad always spoke well of "Chick."

I am so sorry to hear this. He was the first person my mother (across the hall at Oakwood) and I met when she had to move to assisted living. He had such a happy flirty twinkle in his eyes I liked him immediately. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

This is the smile that I will always remember when I think of Chick Lowe. What a handsome blue-eyed man with a sparkling presence. Besides being a lifetime friend of his adoring daughter, Barbara, I was Chick and Bev's Talent agent for many years. You never knew when their faces may pop up on your TV! One of the favorites was a national University of Wisconsin Commercial where they were holding hands on Bascom Hill! I will always remember Chick's laugh and giggle! Heaven just got better.....
Much love from,
