Thinking of all of you with much love and heartfelt sympathy. Praying, you'll be comforted by the many good memories you've had with her. I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Helen, as far back as I can remember, she was apart of my life. Like when I was finally old enough to ride the train between Monroe and Brodhead for a visit and sleep over. She had the dress store on Main Street and I remember how exciting it was to be able to do that. She always knew how to make it fun! She attended my confirmation and gave me my first Bible and watch, of which I still have both. As a young adult she supported me, my husband and children attending as much as she could. Kept in touch by writing or calling. She was always interested in our lives. Loved visiting her at the cottage in Eagle River, home in Portage and condo in Long Beach, CA. She left an impression on our lives and I will always remember her love & kindness as well as our mutual love of God, family and art. Peace Be With You All. Love, Cindy and Curt

I met Helen when I stopped by her place to share with her my album of photos and newspaper clippings about the Lanz and Deininger families. She was a very interesting person and I enjoyed meeting her, especially since I don't know that many relatives on the Lanz side. My condolences to the family. Kathy
