Beveryly Lanzendorf

MADISON-Beverly Ann Lanzendorf, age 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Ingleside Nursing Home in Mount Horeb. She was born on Feb. 20, 1935, in Madison, the daughter of John and Doris (Millis) Field. Beverly graduated from Madison West High School in 1953. She retired from General Casualty Company (QBE North America) in 2000, after working on and off there for 45 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, music, reading, playing cards, and watching scary movies. She also enjoyed traveling to the family cabin in Mount Morris, Wis. for several years.  Beverly is survived by her son, Curtis (Kathie) Lanzendorf; daughter, Krista Auman (Mark Jolicoeur); very special grandsons, Jacob and Nickoliss Auman; brother, Stephen (Jane) Field; sisters-in-law, Polly Field, Pat (Joe) Owens, Sharon Field (Morris) Kyser and Ann Lanzendorf; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Brown (Lanzendorf), her brothers, Thomas (Tom) Field and William (Bill) Field; her former husband, Louis (Louie) Lanzendorf; her parents; and her brother-in-law, William (Bill) Lanzendorf.  A funeral service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday. A private family burial will take place in Highland Memory Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin.  The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff at Ingleside Nursing Home for their compassionate care of our mother over the last ten years.
