Obituary
SUN PRAIRIE-Ellen Ethel Minnich Kroah, age 95, of Sun Prairie, formerly of Saginaw, MI, died Thursday, November 3, 2016. Ellen was born in Tower City, PA . She was a Veteran of WWII, having served in the U.S. Navy Hospital Corp. Ellen is survived by her son, Larry A. Kroah, Levittown, PA; her daughter, Jacquelyn A. Roberts, Sun Prairie, WI; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence M. Kroah in 2011. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Roselawn Cemetery, Saginaw MI. The family would like to send a our heartfelt Thank's to Heartland Hospice and Our House Assisted Living for Mom's care. Ellen and Jack were wonderful friends and I will never think of them without remembering the joyful times of volunteering to assemble Mission mailings. They were part of a faithful team that worked hard and enjoyed great fellowship. She is certainly missed in Saginaw, but we rejoice with her in her new home. Her passing reminded me of an earlier commitment and I lack contact information. Please feel free to contact me. Ken Streeter

Hi Larry and Jackie. We are so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Granted, I always knew her by Ethel rather than Ellen. We always enjoyed chatting by phone. She was such a sweetheart. She helped with family photos and talked about her memories of her grandparents on both sides of the family. Always enjoyed her Christmas cards too. I had her down for a visit to my home when she was here visiting with Ruth and Monty years ago. And of course family reunions. It is so hard to believe how fast time is passing.
