Mildred Kjin

MADISON-Mildred R. “Millie” Kjin, age 95, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017.  She was born on Dec. 15, 1921, in Seymour, Wis., one of four children of Richard and Minnie (Manke) Maas.  After high school she worked in Green Bay and then Madison.  Mildred married Donald Kjin in 1946, and had 49 years together.  She enjoyed caring for children, cooking and gardening.  Millie is survived by her children, Pernette (Gerald) Czosek, Deloris “Dolly” Warren, Kathleen Kjin and Steven Kjin; son-in-law, Tony Spors;  seven grandchildren;  five great-grandchildren; brother, Ralph Maas; sister, Ethel Roderick; brother-in-law, Edwin Kjin; and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; daughter, Donna; and son-in-law, Donald; and brother, Albert.   A private family service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park.  Millie was a dedicated wife and mother who will be greatly missed.
