Hi Sharrie, I met your mom in early 2020 when I was working for Visiting Angels. It was so easy to love your mom! She often talked of being with your dad again, so I am so happy for her final journey to be with him. I’m so sad for your loss and I will keep Pat and all of you in my prayers. Pat lived at Westshire where my mother in law lived as well. As you said, she was a friend to everyone in the room. She always met me with a hug and was sure to share one as we parted as well. She missed Don and I'm happy they are together again. A very special lady who will truly be missed. Kim Kohler and Joe Gruber

I met Pat when she came to Capitol Lakes. She quickly became a friend and like another Grandma to me. She was the kindest, most loving lady that I have ever met. You could tell she loved with her whole heart and I was always excited to see her each morning. We spent a lot of time together sharing stories and just talking about life. She often times spoke about wanting to go home. I would always remind her of how much longer she had at Capitol Lakes and one day she held my hand and said “No, I want to go there.” And pointed up to the sky. I smiled and said “I know. Soon enough.” Pat, you got your wish. You are home now. I am praying for your family here on earth as I know they will miss you dearly. And thank you for being such a sweet lady. -Kaylee
