Mrs. Hilgers trained me in the Radiologic Technologist program at SMH. She was a diligent, professional woman. I learned much from her as did many others. Rest in Peace.

Mrs. Ruth Hilgers was a spiritual uplifting X-Ray Technician in the Radiology Dept. At St. Mary's. When asked at retirement what she was planning on doing. Ruth said "Go home and play."

Barb, I just read your Mom's obituary. I'm so sorry for your family's loss. Your mom certainly lived an active and well lived life. Her volunteerism was commendable and a great example to us all. When I think of your mom, I have fond memories of our families getting together to go nut hunting along the side of country rounds all around Dane County and others. From a young age I've been able to recognize a shaggy barked hickory nut tree due to all those hunts we would go on. I'm praying for God to surround you and your family with love and support, now and the days to come. May your memories sustain you and give you peace. Sharon Sigrist Wolter
