Anna M. Faust

FITCHBURG/MONONA–Anna M. Faust, age 87, passed away on October 25, 2016 at Heritage-Monona from Alzheimer's. She was born on December 10, 1928 in Madison, the daughter of Adolph and Grace Chille.  Ann was united in marriage to Donald Faust on January 29, 1949 at St. Bernards Catholic Church in Madison.  She attended Frank Allis School and Madison East High School.  Ann was employed 13 years at C.L. Swanson.  She was a member of Elk's Lodge #410 Ladies Auxiliary, volunteered at the Fitchburg Senior Center and St. Mary's Care Center.  She enjoyed traveling, baking, bowling, knitting and crossword books. She loved to dance and have a good time. She always had beagles at her side making her happy.  Survivors include her husband, Donald of 67 years; twin daughters, Linda (Randy) Marks of Verona and Lucinda (Randy) Munn of Monona; son, James (Sheri) Faust of Caldwell, ID; grandchildren, Kristi Sanfelippo, Bradley (Tara) Munn, Mark Cornell and Bradley Faust; great-grandchildren, Caroline and Lauren Sanfelippo and Andrew and Alex Munn; sisters, Lois Kvammen, Sara Preez and Margaret Kerber; sisters-in-law, Darlene Blankenheim and Caryl Faust; brother-in-law, Kenneth Faust; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Adolph Chille, Jr.; brothers-in-law, Ralph Preez, Norman Kvammen, Bud Gerry and Jeff Blankenheim; grandson-in-law, Tony Sanfelippo; nephew, Randall Preez; and niece, Cheryl Mjaanes.  The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to her three sisters, Lois, Sara, and Margaret for their care and support of Mom. We would also like to thank Agrace HospiceCare.  Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016, with the Rev. Fr. Chad Droessler presiding. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. A luncheon will follow immediately.  She will be laid to rest in the Mausoleum at Roselawn Memorial Park.
