MADISON-Frederick "Bill" Winkelman, age 90, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017. He was born on July 13, 1927, in Los Angeles, California. He married Patricia Van Fleet on April 25, 1948 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Bill is survived by his three daughters, Robin Bower, Christine Winkelman, Julie Winkelman; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Versie King; and brother, Dan Winkelman. He was preceded in death his wife Patricia on May 15, 2016 and his daughter, Marcia Smith. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the donor’s choice. He was a wonderful father, grandpa and great grandpa, husband to Pat and brother to his siblings.
