Few people go through life being genuinely nice, upbeat and friendly all the time . . . Chuck was this and much more to me, and I am a better person having known him as a friend. RIP, Chuck, you did great things in your walk.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Welda Family. Chuck was a wonderful man and seemingly always put everyone else first. He served as elementary principal under my father at Middleton and had my father’s deepest respect and friendship. When my father passed away several years ago, Chuck drove all the way up to Merrill to give us his condolences. I will never forget that! Rest In Peace Chuck, job well done! Scott Neale and family

Chuck was a wonderful uncle and a great influence on me. He always made us (kids) feel important and made sure to take time to talk with us about our lives. Great memories of time spent in Mindoro with him and his family. Rest in peace.
