Hello. I was a high school classmate of Phillip's in Blanchardville. I have good memories of our times together and occasionally afterward via homecoming or shared a call or email. I am unable to attend the funeral due to an appointment I can not change. My prayers and thoughts to Barb and the family. Robert Niedermann BHS 1957.

Phil was a wonderful neighbor from the time I moved in 9 years ago. I remember fondly watching him work in the yard with his grandson Hunter, teaching the teen and working with him. Phil was always ready to help me with a garage door or putting up Christmas lights. More often than not he had cleared snow off my sidewalk before I came out to shovel. I could not have asked for a better neighbor. My sincere condolences to Hunter, Craig and the whole family. Chris Wooddell

Phil was the best boss I ever had at the paint store, just a wonderful person. We had great times working late, golfing and bowling. You are missed my friend.
