Obituary
MADISON-Rosaline Christina "Rosie" Domini, age 93, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Ingleside Manor in Mount Horeb. She was born on May 8, 1923, in Roxbury, the daughter of Urban and Mathilda (Pertzborn) Miller. Rose was united in marriage to Donald Domini on August 26, 1944 in St. Mary of Pine Bluff Catholic Church. Rose's life was dedicated to serving others. She was known for her apple pie, baking for Blessed Sacrament Bazaars and Granny's Kitchen at Edgefest. She also volunteered at St. Mary's Hospital. Rose is survived by her daughter, Angi (Jim) Jerney; son Richard (Renee) Domini; daughter-in-law Sarah Jerney; grandchildren Michelle (Chris) Jerney-Davis, Jamie Domini, Laura (Brian) Franzen-Elmer, Jackie Rose, Michael (Sarah) Domini, Matthew (Erynn) Domini, Kevin and Mathew Schlichter; great-grandchildren Jerney and Madison Davis, Zoey Franzen, Maxwell Elmer, Heron and Joseph Rose; brothers, Arnold (Dorothy) Miller, Leo(Dorothy) Miller and sisters-in-law, Phyllis Miller and Trudy Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Don, son Ronald, brothers, Clarence and Robert Miller and many brothers and sisters-in-law. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE, 401 S. Owen Drive, Madison at 11 AM on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017 with Monsignor Kenneth J. Fiedler presiding. Burial will be in St. Mary of Pine Bluff Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton from 4 PM until 7 PM on Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 and also on Saturday at the church from 10 AM until the time of the Mass.
