Jan (and Joanne) were my nursing instructors in the early 1980's. It is because of their influence and guidance that I went on to have a very rewarding nursing career. Rest in piece Jan.

I had Jan as a clinical instructor on the Plastics floor, B4/5, in the late 80's. She was tough, but fair and made us think about the science behind what we did and why. She helped me become the best nurse I could be. RIP Jan, and condolences to her family and friends...

I'm sorry for your loss. Professor Anderzon was one of my instructors while I was in the undergraduate Nursing Program at the UW-Madison School of Nursing. She exemplified the qualities and skills that she encouraged in students--thorough preparation, deep knowledge of nursing and other sciences, and clear communication. I appreciated her serious but respectful demeanor, and I always left the classes she taught knowing that I had learned something valuable.
