My deepest sympathy girls to you and your families on the loss of your Mother. i have many fond memories of visiting your Mom and Dad when they were on the farm and having great chats with your Mom in later years. She will be missed. Please know I am thinking of you all at this sad time.

To the families of Lavina: We were saddened to hear of Lavina's passing. She sure had an adventurous life with her travels but also a hard worker. She will be remembered by many. I have had many good conversations with Lavina in her later years, mostly after the passing of Homer. She was a gracious lady and enjoyed visiting. Family and friends were of most importance to her. She, Helen and Cindy and Henry all came up to Hancock, WI to visit John and I. We had a great visit and fun afternoon once they arrived after getting lost on their way.
