LODI - Cynthia Rae Slack, age 71, of Lodi, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Middleton Village.
She was born on March 23, 1954, in Madison, WI, the daughter of Ray Slack and Mary (Wartner) Slack.
Cynthia was disabled at a young age.
Cynthia is survived by her cousin, Eileen Wickham. She was preceded in death by her parents
A funeral service for Cynthia will be held at GUNDERSON LODI FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 157 S. Main St., Lodi, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 2 p.m., with Reverend Carlos Careaga officiating.

Cynthia came into my life at a pivotal time. She was always smiling and friendly. She loved her tiara's and anything that sparkled. Cynthia was a fantastic human and lady at all times. I wish that I could be there to celebrate her life. Eileen, thank you for everything you ever did for her. She loved you very much!

Eileen, sorry to hear of Cindy's passing. The thing i will remember the most is her laugh, it was contagious. She was a joy to care for at Marianne's. Take care.
