Grandma,
You were always such a joy to talk to. We would sit in the phone forever. I loved our conversations. We love and miss you. I hope you are enjoying all those missed here on earth.

My deepest sympathies to all those who loved & cared for Marilyn. I have known Marilyn since January 2009 & had to chuckle when I read in her obituary that she moved often. I believe that over the years, I visited her in at least 8 different places. I will miss her & her kind spirit.

I have known Marilyn for almost ten years through the Respite Care Team at St Thomas Aquinas. We shared many events in her life, among them the births of her grandchildren, the deaths of her son Todd and husband Clarence, many moves and the ups and downs of her health. Marilyn was so proud of her family! She expressed her love for them often. My favorite memories are of lunching last July at Daly’s on Lake Koshkonong with our friend Mary Ann. Marilyn loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake, enjoying the sunshine and watching the boaters. More recently Mary Ann and I visited Marilyn at Drumlin Reserve in December. We had an enjoyable visit in her apartment. Later she confessed to eating all the Christmas treats we brought her in one day! I hoped we would have more time together, more life to share with Marilyn. It was not to be. It is with great sadness I say goodbye to a wonderful friend. I know she will be missed by her family. I am so sorry for your loss. Barbara Bryce
