CROSS PLAINS - Pamela Kaye Born, age 71, of Cross Plains, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025. She was born on November 14, 1954, in Baraboo, the daughter of Clarence and Lucille Born.
Pamela graduated from Baraboo High School in 1972. She worked as a claims examiner for WEA Insurance Trust for 42 years, retiring in 2016.
Pamela was a woman of conviction who never hesitated to stand up for what she believed in, always striving to help others until the very end. Her greatest devotion was to her son, Brian Born, he was her world, and everything she did was for him.
A gifted artist with her hands, Pamela was a master quilter whose creations reflected both her skill and her love. She delighted in crafting handmade greeting cards for her friends and family. Beyond her artistry, she found joy in tending her garden, taking pride in the beauty of her yard and the care she poured into it.
Pamela is survived by her son, Brian (Haley Michael) Born; brother, Dave Born; and nephew, David Born. She was preceded in death by her parents.
