Audrey E. Chitek

Chitek, Audrey E. LODI-Audrey E. Chitek, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Good Samaritan Society Lodi. She was born on March 9, 1937 in Lodi, the daughter of Faye and Mamie Orcutt. Audrey married William J. Chitek on February 23, 1957 in Sauk City, Wisconsin; he preceded her in death on February 19, 2012. She had worked for Demco and retired as a receiving clerk. Mom and Dad loved country music, especially old fashioned country music. Mom truly loved cats, soap operas – such as The Young and the Restless. Her favorite flower was a blue carnation. Audrey is survived by her sister, Sandra Powers; daughter, Bonnie A. Walton; grandson, Steven (Emoni) Walton; great grandchildren, Jace Walton and Jaylee Behringer and their great grandchildren's parents, Brittany and Aaron Behringer. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and grandson, Anthony V. Wylesky. A family gathering will be held at GUNDERSON LODI FUNERAL HOME, 157 S. Main St., Lodi at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, Sept. 27. Burial will be at St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery, Sauk City. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
