Jeff was one of a kind! He could be a stubborn ass, and at the same time, he was nothing short of a Teddy Bear! If you are his friend, you're a stand up guy and a friend for life. He was always there for me, and I'll never forget that. It breaks my heart that this happened, but I'm also rejoicing because he is finally done struggling. I love you and rest in peace my dear friend! Aaron Milan

Jeff was a great guy and a hard worker. He was always willing to bust his butt so he could provide for his family. He will be sorely missed.

Jeff will be missed greatly by me. We have been friends since high school and he was my Best Man at my wedding in 1979. We had many a fun time together from working on his parents egg farm to cruising the capital square back in the day. There is way too much more for me to write here. He was a good man by any standards and I will miss you until we meet again Brother. Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones in this time of grief and loss. Love you. Bill and Laura Larson.
