Obituary
Middleton-Patricia A. (Motiff) Pelletier, age 80, passed away peacefully at her home (Hope and a Future assisted living) on Aug. 10, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Oct. 23, 1935 in Madison, WI, the daughter of Stephen and Agnes (Longfield) Brinkman. She married Victor Motiff in 1955 and together they raised seven children. Pat was an administrative assistant at Kromrey Middle School for 20 years until her retirement in 1998. She was a faithful member of the Catholic Church, and selflessly gave of her time and talents serving others. She enjoyed gambling, arts, bridge, cooking/ baking, bowling, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She was a very caring and loving woman. She is survived by her husband of 11 yrs. Robert Pelletier; children, Steve (Joanie) Motiff of Sun City, CA, Michelle (Steve) Heindel and, Terry Motiff of Middleton, Peggy (Ron) Kluge of Monona, Pat Motiff of Waunakee, Mike Motiff of Mack, CO, and daughter-in-law Cindy Motiff of Ft. Collins, CO; Bob's four sons Bob, Jim, Gary, Brian; grandchildren, Sarah Davis, Amy Pepper, Josh, Jeff and Kaylee Kluge, Kristin Schwenn, Matt, Danielle, Marisa and Zach Motiff, and Tina Flores; eight great-grandchildren, Bob's nine grandchildren; sister Nancy Wynn of Madison; brother Terry (Bev) Brinkman of Oregon; sisters-in-law Kathy Brinkman of Madison and Dorothy Kaltenberg of Verona; and many family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Randy Motiff, sister Joan Endres, brother Tim Brinkman, nephew Jeremy Brinkman and Vic Motiff. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARD'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7450 University Ave., Middleton, WI at 11:30 am, on Tues., Aug. 16, 2016, with visitation at the church from 9:30 until 11:15 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope and a Future III. The family would like to thank the staff and friends at Hope and a Future and Agrace Hospice for the years of wonderful care and love they provided. My thoughts and prayers go out to Pat's family and loved ones.
Growing up, she was Mrs. "M", a 2nd Mom to me. She always had a smile, regardless of the trouble Randy and I would, or did, get into. I realize the struggles of the last few years, but know that now, she rests with a healthy body and mind , greeting at Heaven's gate by Randy, Jesus and all loved ones that went home before her.
Your loving memories will always be fresh in my mind.
