Dear Peggy, All of us Lamm kids loved your Mom! She help our Mom out when we were all still living at home. Our brother Mike sent us all the sad news about your Mom and we shared some of our fondest memories with each other.... She had a chair piling contest. Whoever left the most clothes on the floor which she piled on our bed would find the award pinned to the pile. One time she found an ash tray in Katy's room and never told our parents but talked to Katy instead. She would do the laundry and take home the ironing. I remember calling her more than once before school to see if she'd ironed a certain blouse I wanted to wear. She usually had so I'd drive to you house to get it. About 5 years ago I ran into her ar Shelton s having lunch with a friend. I recognized her voice right away. We had a good visit and I told her how our whole family really loved her! We felt she was part of our family when she worked for us and her name was mentioned more than once when us Lamm kids would talk about our growing up memories. What a lovely woman your Mom was. May she rest in peace. Mary Lamm and my brothers and sister
