Dear Katherine was on duty at St Mary's Hospital when my son, Benjamin was born. She made sure he got the most loving and special care. We shared our love of dogs- especially golden retrievers. Special thoughts, prayers and love to the family, Cousin, Sara (Olson) and husband, Rene Souza.
