Mother-In-Law ~
What do these words mean?
I remember so long ago when we first met. You open your home and your heart on that very first day.
You greeted me with open arms, and with a smile just as big.
You were gracious and kind. I was awe struck that you were not judgemental. I could tell at that very moment that you were someone very special.
I admired the bond that you shared with your husband, your true love. I admired the love you had for your children. As your family grew, so did your love.
When you officially accepted me into your family, I could feel the pride and joy you had. What a truly amazing feeling that day, as I knew I was accepted for who I was. That will forever be etched in my heart, thank you.
When I shared my dream with your about our pregnancy, you believed me...who does that?
When I had the honor of sitting next to you at the dinner table this past Thanksgiving, the look I received from you as we ate told me that you were thankful for your family.
You are a woman of faith and I truly believe God received a beautiful angel today.
So, what does a Mother-In-Law mean? Well to me it means:
Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control.
It means being a Mom.
So, while we will miss you, heaven truly gained a very beautiful angel.
Mom, you will be missed, Love you.
God's Garden ~
God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be. He wrapped His arms around you, and whispered, "COME TO ME". You didn't deserve what you went through so He gave you needed rest. God's garden must be beautiful; He only takes the best.
