Kent Domergue Beckett

MADISON-Kent D. Beckett, age 70, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016, at William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. He was born on Aug. 19, 1945, in San Francisco, Calif., the son of Leonard and Natalie Beckett. He married Patricia Davis on Aug. 19, 2015, in Madison. Kent served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. After his military service he became a locksmith. Kent enjoyed golfing and watching his favorite football team, the Oakland Raiders. Kent is survived by his wife, Patricia Beckett; daughter, Lora Hahn (Stanley) McLaughlin; brother, Leonard Beckett; grandson, Dale; and granddaughter, Ava. He was preceded in death by his parents. According to Kent's wishes, no services will be held. Thank you to the VA Hospital doctors and dedicated staff for the love, compassion and care extended to Kent through the years.
