Molly, Peggy, Tim and Family! So sorry for the loss of your Dad, he was a wonderful , kind Man! I have wonderful memories of your Dad and Mom! I will miss his phone calls, he was always very positive! Jordan has been a real Godsend to him! Prayers with her as this is a very hard time for a Grandaughter so close! So sorry to hear about your father's passing. He was a wonderful and devoted man. He was also greatly instrumental in helping me achieve Eagle Scout at Troop 16. I have many fond memories of your father as both Troop Master and other leadership roles he did. He almost single handily kept Troop 16 afloat during its darker days when there was a decline in membership and no one would step forward as the troop leader. John was a wonderful, happy, humble man. I met your parents 15 years ago at LHB. They were having a party to introduce all the new people, That was the start of our adventures , the sailings, how he loved that boat named for Pat. We always did something special for St. Patrick's Day, he would celebrate all day. They enjoyed life and we will all miss all our great times together. Thanksgiving and Easter were always special with John buying flowers for us, such a kind and generous man. I will miss Pat and John, I hope they are drinking Irish Whiskey with my George.
