I was introduced to Clay, one mourning while on my way walking past his house with my fishing gear on my way to the lake. Garage door open Clay was working taxidermy on a nice smallmouth that Betty had caught. Clay waived, and took me under his wing and taught me to become a real fisherman and taxidermist...to this day.I thank him and his family for sharing him with me. I remember one time Clay Betty and me were fishing Lake Wisconsin from his boat and Betty caught a nasty back lash of a lure which found it's way in bedded into her eyelid,..Clay cut the barb, said we are done ! Betty said no way the walleyes are bitting. This is why I love these two and felt I nessisary to share my story.
