Roger Jerome Haarklau

Roger worked with my dad in the spice department at Oscar Mayer for years. A nicer guy you would never meet.

My father, Bob Syse, worked with Roger and considered him a very special friend. We are so sorry for your loss.

To Kevin, Joan and families. We were so sad to hear of Roger's passing. He was such a presence in my early years. My best memories of Roger are of playing catch at Grandpa Haarklau's farm with Roger and my brother Will. We never knew he was such an accomplished ball player. To us, he was just a fun guy who enjoyed spending time with two kids without a father. He was very generous of his time with us. Godspeed Roger. You have a wonderful family waiting for you.
