Carl Earl Lathrop

I want to say how sorry I am for your lose. I've known Carl for many of years, we worked together at Capital Newspapers until recently. But we stayed in touch. Carl was a really nice guy, who I could never convince to retire, he was so stubborn!! It was my pleasure to have known your brother and I will miss our conversations.

The first year we went hunting. Grandpa was nervous I know! But we wandered around the public hunting ground in Black River... Finally found a spot where we could both see a fair about of area. You sat on one side of the big tree and I on the other. Chatting away we were... Then I say, "oh my God, they are ugly!" You asked me what I was talking about... And I pointed to the 2 deer running right towards me and I never even picked up my gun. You kept telling me "shoot them"! Oopps... Until the next year
