William Joseph Halley

LODI- William "Hales" Halley was born on August 2, 1950 in Chicago Illinois. Bill always seemed to light up every room he walked into and had a knack to leave people smiling with one of his stories or one of his famous one-liners. Bill worked for Beacon Technologies as a computer programmer and has lived in Wisconsin with his family for the past 19 years. When he wasn't at work, he loved working in the yard and watching/talking sports. He loved his Chicago Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks and Bulls dearly. Bill unfortunately passed away on April 20th, 2016 after a fight with cancer. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Norma; his three sons, Michael, John and Joe and his older brother, Pat. His three boys and his wife thought the world of him and were very proud to call him their father/husband respectively. The family would like to thank everyone who was supportive during this time, whether it was reaching out via phone, bringing over a meal or stopping by to visit Bill. Memorial Mass will be held at BLESSED TRINITY CATHOLIC PARISH AT ST. PATRICK'S CHURCH, 521 Fair St., Lodi at 12 Noon, on Saturday April, 30, 2016 with Reverend Father Chad M. Droessler presiding.
