Obituary

MADISON—Diana Geishert, age 74, of Madison passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at UW Hospital. She was born Aug 17, 1941 in Madison, the daughter of Jerome and Adeline Geishert. She graduated from Central High School. Diana enjoyed playing cards and bingo. The most important thing in her life was family. She loved cooking a big meal for the family at gatherings. Diana is survived by her children, Dana (Jaymes) Poster of Madison, Dave (Shawn) Geishert of Cottage Grove, Darcy Geishert of Madison, Denise Bass of Belleville, Dawn (Roy) Noriega of Belleville, Debra Johnson of Orlando, Fla.; grandchildren, Maria, Elizabeth, Jeremy, Tyler, Sharaya, Marcus, Jamison, Shana, Dave, Margarita, Pablo, Sierra, Nicholas, Chanatelle, Gabrielle, Jerel, Jeremiah, Joshua, Jacob, Benjamin, Rebekah, Nehemiah, Ester, Ezekiel, Hannah, Rachel, Isaac, Isaiah, Steven, Shana, Sophia; great-grandchildren, Birkli, Jace, Rowen, Tay'Shaun, Noni, Jaferionie, Addison, Alexis, Naomi, Johanna, Dominic, and Sisily. Diana was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at GRACE CHURCH, 416 Second St. New Glarus at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April, 23, 2016 with Pastor Roger Olsen presiding. A private burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park at a later date. Visitation will be held at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
