VERONA-Sandra Lee (Wild) Harmon, age 78, died April 5, 2016 at Badger Prairie Healthcare Center, Verona. Sandy was born August 5, 1937 in the hospital in Portage and lived in Pardeeville and Poynette. She was a 1956 graduate of Poynette High School and was employed as a switchboard operator at the Veterans Hospital in Madison. Sandy is survived by a sister Sharon (Wild) Jennings; brothers William and Walter Wild and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Fortner; her second husband, Dr. Robert Harmon; her birth mother Viola (Sheeks) Wild; her father Walter Wild and stepmother Amy Wild; step-brother David Ryce; and nephew Trent Jennings.
